Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 is coming soon with two strong new characters for New Eridu. Version 2.4 starts on November 26, 2025, adding Dialyn and Banyue from the new Krampus Compliance Authority group. Both characters are S-Rank agents who will change how you play with their special abilities. What’s Coming in Version 2.4
Version 2.4 continues the story after the last update. The story picks up after the Wandering Hunter’s defeat and some characters going missing. This update brings the Krampus Compliance Authority, a new group that makes sure companies follow TOPS rules. They are a stringent bunch of people and follow rules and regulations very harshly.
Like always, the game will be offline for about five hours while they add the new content. Players get free Polychrome for each hour the game is down, so check your mail after the update starts.
New Characters in 2.4
As you might expect, version 2.4 brings in brand new characters in the story. Here they are:
Dialyn
Dialyn is the first Physical Stun character in Zenless Zone Zero. She works in customer service for the Krampus Compliance Authority, but her nice attitude hides a sharp way of speaking and firm actions. Her design looks professional with twin braids and black and white colors, giving her a business-like but scary look.
As a Physical Stun character, Dialyn is great at breaking enemy shields and controlling fights. Her abilities focus on dealing big bursts of damage while helping stun enemies for her team. She can chain together powered-up special attacks and build up energy for strong follow-up hits. Her style works best for players who like to attack hard while watching their energy carefully.
Dialyn comes out during the first phase of Version 2.4, so you can get her right when the update starts. Her special weapon makes her energy fill up faster and stun enemies better, making her work well as both a main damage dealer and team support.
Banyue
Banyue is different because he is a smart robot instead of a regular human character. This machine monk from the Krampus Compliance Authority brings Fire Rupture damage to your team. His look shows he is both a calm protector and a strong fighter. Even though he is a machine, his personality shows pride and honor. His voice lines talk about how he protects the lands he watches over.
As a Fire Rupture DPS, Banyue focuses on dealing steady explosive damage. His special Chi ability lets him switch between different attack styles. When powered up, each attack gives different bonus effects like burst fire damage, healing, or powerful follow-up attacks. Smart players will switch between building Chi energy and using burst attacks to get both steady damage and big damage spikes.
Banyue comes out during Phase 2 of Version 2.4, starting around December. This gives players time to decide if they want to pull for Dialyn or save their resources for Banyue’s banner.
Banner Schedule
Version 2.4 splits into two parts like usual. Here’s when each banner runs:

Livestream and Codes
The official Version 2.4 livestream airs on November 14, 2025. Here are the times for different regions:

- 7:30 AM ET
- 12:30 PM CET
- 7:30 PM SGT
The livestream will show special codes that players can use for free rewards. These codes usually give Polychromes, upgrade materials, and other helpful items. Make sure to watch the livestream or check online right after it ends, because these codes only work for 24 to 48 hours.
Preparing for Version 2.4
If you want either Dialyn or Banyue ready on day one, start saving your Polychromes now. Focus on doing daily tasks and event missions to build up your free currency. The codes that work right now can help you save more:

These codes might stop working soon, so use them quickly before Version 2.4 arrives.
